Chapter 1
Biscuit
Hello, hello, sparkly stars! Itâs Biscuit, your feelings friend, back with you for more adventures with those big, fizzy feelings. Today, weâre talking all about something I call âwobbly worries.â Do you know what those are? Maybe youâve had them beforeâlike when your tummy feels like a twisty twirly washing machine, or your legs start to go all jelly wobbly. Oh, I know those feeling really well. Actually, just last week at the playground, I lost my favourite shiny pebble. You know, the rainbowy one that catches the sunshine just right? I looked everywhere, under the slide, in the sandpit, even inside my sockâdonât ask me how it would've got there! My tummy felt all tight, and my shoulders felt like Iâd stuffed too many marshmallows in there. Thatâs a wobbly worry for you.
Biscuit
Letâs play a game where we name those wobbly worries together. Close your eyes for a tick if you wantâwhat do your worries feel like inside you? Are they butterflies? Or maybe you feel fizzy like soda, or a bit dizzy like you've spun round and round. Sometimes I get so wobbly I feel like I could just blow away in the wind! Shout yours out loud, or whisper it in your hand, or just think it in your mind right now. Ready? One, two, three... mine feels like popcorn poppingâpop, pop, pop! Did you do it? You are brilliant.
Biscuit
Oh, I have to send a big, bright sparkle star shout-out to Finley! Remember Finley from our last episode? Finley earned their first ever sparkle star for being so brave and telling a grown-up about a worry. Thatâs what Iâm talking aboutânaming your feelings or sharing them is super-duper brave and gives your worries less power. Who knows, maybe today, youâll earn your own sparkle star too!
Chapter 2
Biscuit
So, what do we do when wobbly worries want to stick around and cause a fuss? WellâBust-a-Worry Action Time! Letâs get our bodies moving, because worries hate when we have fun. Ready? Letâs all jump like frogsâbig, silly, boingy jumps! One, two, three, ribbit! Can you feel your wobbles shaking out a little? Or, maybe stand by a mirror and make your silliest âworry face.â Mine looks a bit like a squashed plum. Oh, these games are the best way to bust those wobbles!
Biscuit
Now, I want you to pick one brave thing to try next time a wobbly worry pops up. Could be telling a friend, or giving your cuddliest soft toy a giant squeeze. I, um, wanna tell you a quick storyâone time, I was hiding under my blanket fort with my pal Mo because we both had super stormy feelings. We each grabbed a plushyâmineâs a purple slug!âand just holding them made the fizzies go down a bit. Sometimes, silly helps. Sometimes, quiet helps. You choose what feels right for you.
Chapter 3
Biscuit
Alright, itâs time for Biscuit Breathsâletâs make those worries float away. Sit nice and comfy. Weâre gonna breathe in slowly, counting up: one... two... three... Hold it, and now blow out gently, like youâre cooling down a mug of hot, chocolatey cocoa. Feel the breath go all the way out? Letâs do it againâone... two... three... and blow... Imagine your worry is a fluffy cloud. See it? As we breathe out, that cloud floats higher and higher, right across the sky, and far away. Wave goodbye to your little worry cloud.
Biscuit
You did so, so well todayânaming your worry, busting it with silly moves, and trying brave Biscuit Breaths. Iâm sending a sparkly sparkle star your way, just for trying! Keep your star shining until next time. And, oh, next episode, weâre gonna talk about Excited Energy Wigglesâthose bouncing, bursting bubbles you feel when you just canât sit still. Until then, keep sparkling, and remember: feelings come and go, but you are always super-duper you!
